  Listen, it's a Michael's. Sure they got their problems but this Michael's right here has something most don't. What's that you ask? It's got staff you can find and that is pretty awesome. Another bonus is when you can't find the random craft/diy stuff you need it's right next to a home Depot, canadain tire and a Walmart so you can get everything you need and a whole lot of stuff you didn't in one spot!

  I usually have a great visit. Last time I was in the store I seemed to find a clerk that was having a very rough day..... I left pissed off and empty handed. I went to another location and found very helpful staff and I got the product I was looking for. I will continue to go out of my way to use the other store.

  Very expensive and deceptive advertising. Have a 50% off coupon and what we were looking for we couldn't apply the discount because it was part of the Every Day discount price. As it turns out the "everyday discount price" is still more expensive than the competition's regular price. You see this through the whole store; over priced items that they can apply a sale to, to look like you are getting a great deal and you're really not.

  I like that I can always get whatever craft item I need, but they tend to be very expensive compared to other places.

  Lots of things to make different projects with. The prices are not that bad if you are on the mailing list. No change table in the men's washroom sucks.
