    Purchased Sennheiser headphones as a Christmas present, used for my hard of hearing husband to watch TV. The receiver would not charge the headphones.This policy on headphones purchased here is outrageous. Headphones are totally non refundable even if they are defective. I only took the receiver out of the box to charge the headphones. I did not use the headsets. The receiver would not charge it was defective. The policy from Best Buy is you are not even allowed to open the box or you cannot get a refund. They sell defective product and will not honour a refund of $169.00. it was not a $10.00 item.

    The tech people didn't really seem to know much. Returned multiple laptops trying to find one that worked well for my needs. Staff was patient, but sadly, I gave up and settled for something that was a waste of money and has actually set me back with my business. I would suggest going to a smaller computer retailer - this is why I usually shop local, I am kicking myself for not taking my own advice this time.

    The most painless sale shopping, ever. Reserved from website and had 24 hours to pick up the merchandise which took only minutes on the first day of their "Black Friday" sale.

    BTW do not buy these headphones Sennheiser RS135, almost impossible to access the outlet you need to plug the receiver in at the back of the product.

    Poor poor policy, who does not open a box to find out if the product is what you want or if it works. Totally unbelievable. I would rate this as a negative star if I had the option.

    It's pretty hit or miss, their shelving system is absolutely idiotic. They'll say they have an item in stock, then you get there and find out they never had it, and just wanted you to come in and hopefully buy something else.

    Great selection of products and they have a price guarantee! I was worried that without the commission nobody would want to help me but I got great service by a salesman named James.
